Questions for my teacher
On Thursday, my students from 8C asked me some very good :) questions and now I want to share (partilhar) the answers with all of you!
1st question: Does the word Google mean anything?
Yes, it does.
"The name "Google" is a play on the word "googol,". A googol refers to the number represented by a 1 followed by 100 zeros. Google's use of the term reflects our mission to organize the world's immense amount of information and make it universally accessible and useful."

2nd question: Why do the British drive on the left?
"In the Middle Ages you kept to the left for the simple reason that you never knew who you would meet on the road in those days. You wanted to make sure that a stranger passed on the right so you could go for your sword in case he proved unfriendly."
