Contest - Who knows it better? 2008 edition

Once again, we are going to have a contest about this year's extensive reading.
There will be a prize :))) for the winners but this time you will not write the questions because we are a little bit short of time. So, I will give you a task about each part of the book and you will try to give me an answer as quickly as you can.
