Inline

These are some of the pictures that João and Paulo from 8D showed their colleagues.
I think João does inline... :)

Snowboarding

Here you have some pictures and a video that Diogo and Vitor (from 8D) have presented to their colleagues in class:

Sky surfing

This one was presented by Ana and Bruno, also from 8C.

(Atenção: os trabalhos podem conter alguns erros pois a professora tentou interferir o menos possível, ok?)

Bungee jumping

Also from 8C, Carla and Zé have prepared this for today's lesson.
Please, send your comments to this sport!!! :))

João and André from 8C used this video in their oral presentation today. They want to share it with you.
After watching the video, give your opinion about this radical sport, ok? ;)

Questions for my teacher

On Thursday, my students from 8C asked me some very good :) questions and now I want to share (partilhar) the answers with all of you!

1st question: Does the word Google mean anything?
Yes, it does.
"The name "Google" is a play on the word "googol,". A googol refers to the number represented by a 1 followed by 100 zeros. Google's use of the term reflects our mission to organize the world's immense amount of information and make it universally accessible and useful."

2nd question: Why do the British drive on the left?
"In the Middle Ages you kept to the left for the simple reason that you never knew who you would meet on the road in those days. You wanted to make sure that a stranger passed on the right so you could go for your sword in case he proved unfriendly."
